PURCHASING FROM OUR WEBSITE

All products sold through this website are sold as novelty goods. The vendor cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use of any of these products.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your e-mail address is in proper working order.

By sending us your order, you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you (which may involve passing them on to relevant third parties (such as delivery firms).

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or Paypal. We will despatch your goods as soon as your payment has been processed

Dream Parties Limited does not store any personal details relating to you or your credit / debit cards.

An IP address is a set of numbers which is assigned to your computor during a browsing session whenever you log onto the internet.Your IP address is automatically logged by our servers and used to collect traffic data about visitors to our website.We do not use your IP address to identify you personally.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible at which point you will be offered a full refund or an alternative product.

RETURNS

You can cancel your order within 14 days for a full refund. If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

You may exchange unopened and unused products within 30 days for alternative items. Refunds will not be given after 14 days.

Unless the goods are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and we will only issue a refund if the goods (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.

RETURNING A DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEM

If the product is defective, please give an exact description of the fault and return it in it's original box with all tags, batteries and accessories for a full refund or replacement.

Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely.
